You have an idea
Shape what you want to offer, who it may help and why it matters.
Africa Centre · EEPAC
The Economic Empowerment Program Africa Centre (EEPAC) is a facilitator-supported readiness program for Black entrepreneurs who want to clarify an idea, understand customers, test assumptions, strengthen the numbers and build an evidence-based action plan.
No polished pitch or finished business plan is required to begin.
EEPAC helps you turn uncertainty into structured work. You bring the idea, experience or early venture; the program gives you a clear process for examining it.
Shape what you want to offer, who it may help and why it matters.
Test assumptions, improve the offer and identify what evidence is still missing.
Break a large business goal into practical, realistic next actions.
The Readiness curriculum
Each concept leads to a decision, conversation, calculation, test or participant output. Work can be saved and resumed between sittings.
Clarify the idea and why it matters. Exchange feedback, examine the environment and choose a practical first action.
Define the product or service, the need it meets, the people it may serve and the value it can offer.
Plan and carry out primary research, use credible secondary sources and decide what the evidence is telling you.
Work through cash flow, pricing, costs and break-even, identify business responsibilities and practise asking for a sale.
Your work stays connected to your business idea. The aim is not simply to finish lessons—it is to create useful evidence you can take into your next business conversation.
Describe the offer, the need it addresses and the people it is intended to serve.
Use conversations, peer feedback and credible research to test what you believe.
Practise pricing, costs, cash flow, break-even and profit using understandable tools.
Identify the next seven days, the next business test and the support you need.
