Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you begin.

Find the essentials about registration, accounts, learning and support. Contact the program team when your question is specific to your situation.

What is EEPAC?

EEPAC—Accelerate, Create, Thrive—is a practical entrepreneurship pathway. The Readiness stage helps participants clarify an idea, test assumptions, strengthen business foundations and identify realistic next actions.

Who is the Readiness program for?

It is designed for Black entrepreneurs who are exploring a business idea or developing an early-stage venture. Every completed registration is reviewed by a person.

Do I need an existing business or business plan?

No finished plan is required. You should be able to describe the idea, opportunity or early venture you want to examine during the program.

How long is the program?

The Readiness curriculum is organised across four guided weeks, with 16 active learning hours in total. Your cohort page will show the exact dates, format and joining information.

Is the program online or in person?

Delivery details can vary by cohort. The registration and participant portal show the relevant format, dates, location or joining link once these are confirmed.

Can I save my registration and return later?

Yes. Enter your email address to receive a secure return link. Your answers are saved to the protected platform rather than relying on the browser you started with.

Does registering create an account immediately?

No. Registration starts a human review. Approved applicants receive a secure, single-use invitation to create a participant account.

Does submitting guarantee a place?

No. The program team may request more information, offer a place, place the registration on a waitlist or advise that the current intake is not suitable.

What support can I request?

You can tell the team about accessibility, language, digital-confidence or delivery support that may help you take part. You can update these preferences in My EEPAC after activation.

Can I pause my learning and continue later?

Yes. Module work is saved to your account so you can return to the last meaningful point. Avoid editing the same activity in multiple browser tabs at once.

What happens after I submit Week 1?

A facilitator reviews the required evidence. They may accept it, accept it with advice or ask you to revise a specific step. Submission alone does not mark the week complete.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the password-recovery link on the Sign in page. If you cannot access the email address connected to your account, contact program support.

How is my information used?

Your information supports registration review, account and cohort administration, program delivery, participant support, secure operation and approved reporting. Read the Privacy page and the notice shown in the registration form for full details.

How much does the program cost?

Funding, fee and place details can differ by intake. Check the current registration information or contact the program team before applying.
