YOUR EEPAC GUIDE
Follow a short tour or read the steps. Nothing is submitted or changed for you.
These guides explain the platform; they do not perform actions. Close a guide before using the actual form. Links open another tab to keep your current page open.
Find the form, use your secure return link and check what happens next.
Choose Application to go straight to the form or its current status. If applications are closed, follow the message shown; the walkthrough cannot open an intake.
Open Application (New Tab)When asked, request a secure link using your own email address. Return through that link to the same application. Keep the link private; do not share it or copy it into a support message.
Read each question and review required fields and privacy information. Use the form’s own Save or Submit action and wait for its confirmation. This guide never fills, ticks or submits the form.
Submitting an application is not approval. Follow the status shown and the team’s instructions. If approved, use the secure account-setup invitation sent to your email.
Use the public Contact page for access problems. Give a brief description, but never send a password, secure link or confidential attachment.
Open Contact (New Tab)Understand invitations, sign-in and a safe return to your work.
Approved participants and invited staff should follow their own setup invitation. Use the existing sign-in route when your account is already set up; a second application does not repair an account.
Use the password-reset link on the sign-in screen if needed. Never share your password or secure invitation. A walkthrough does not bypass authentication or account permissions.
Open Sign In (New Tab)If a session ends, keep any page with unsaved work open. Sign in to the same account in another tab, then use the original page’s own retry or recovery action. Do not assume that a guide saves your form.
Choose Walkthroughs whenever you need help. You can read, pause, resume or restart a guide. Completing a guide does not complete a lesson, approve an application or change programme access.
